Erica Braddock (left), Lead Dispatcher with Lake EMS Communications, proudly presented the ShandsCair Team with an appreciation plaque today. In April 2017, local medical air support agencies ShandsCair and AirCare generously provided a wonderful breakfast for the Telecommunicators of both Lake EMS and the Lake County Sheriff’s Office. This celebration took place during National Telecommunicator’s Week, where the dedication of these individuals is celebrated during a weeklong recognition period. Lake EMS and LCSO truly appreciate the generosity shown by ShandsCair and AirCare along with several other local agencies and businesses within our community.
