At the Lake EMS Board Meeting on 12 April 2016, Field Operations staff and Communications Center employees who have received recent promotions were recognized.

John Simpson, Chief Operations Officer, announced that four paramedics had completed rigorous testing and evaluation before being selected to fill Field Training Officer positions. The newly promoted paramedics were introduced as follows: Jason White, Gary Rice, Lorena Guastella, and Jacob Greenwell.

Kimberly Stephens, Chief Communications Officer, introduced four staff members who had received promotions. Margaret Albandor and Nicolle Gardner are now Communications Supervisors. Dustin Sheckler has recently stepped up into the role of Quality Assurance and Training Officer and Catherine McNew is the new CAD Administrator. Angela Lucas, who was unable to attend, was recognized for her recent promotion to Telecommunicator II.
